Names, email addresses and other personal details submitted to NanoScyentist are used only for the purposes of the journal — handling submissions, peer review and publication — and are not made available to any other party or used for any other purpose.

Author names and affiliations are published with accepted articles, as part of the scholarly record. Reviewer identities are never disclosed. Files submitted through the submission form are used only for editorial handling.

Individuals may ask to see, correct or delete personal details held by the journal, other than those forming part of the published record, by writing to nano@scyentist.com.
